How do I get rid of red stains on my dog's forearms from licking?

Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 9 months old

He has red stains on his forearms. How can I get them white again?? I won't have money for a vet till next month.

The red stains are likely saliva staining from excessive licking. This is commonly due to skin infection or allergies. Place an e-collar (cone) on Chunk to prevent licking and see your vet for an exam to diagnose the underlying cause. There are products than are purported to remove such stains easily but I have yet to see one that works as well as advertised.
