My puppy won't eat/drink, has bleeding gums. Is it a vet emergency?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 16 days old | 11.023 lbs

my 4months puppy won't eat or drink for 2 days. i noticed she may have a tooth problem not sure but there's a purple-ish kinda of in her gums just where her tooth is and a lot of blood coming out of her mouth everyday and it smells really bad and her stool is watery too.. i'm really worried plus i don't know how much a vet cost not sure if i can afford it. what should i do for the meantime?

Brownie really needs to see a vet immediately. It's serious that there is a lot of blood coming out of her mouth, and this tooth will be extremely painful, which would be why she isn't eating or drinking. It could be that she has an infection of the tooth, and there is nothing you can do for her at home. I would call around clinics in your area to see if there is a low cost clinic nearby, check prices, call the Philippine SPCA for clinic costs, or see if your vet accepts payment plans. Please take her into a vet now, this is a medical emergency.
