Bought cat kidney diet by mistake. Can my dog eat it safely?

I recently purchased online Hill's Prescription Diet Feline Kd Kidney Care dry food by mistake, meant to buy the Canine one (my dog has been on this for about a year now with Vet advice). However I see the dry biscuits are much smaller than the dog variety and my dog is tiny so this size would be better for her to eat. Will it hurt her by giving it to her instead? Pet's info: Dog | Toy Fox Terrier | Female | spayed | 14 years and 9 months old | 11 lbs

Feline diets are not appropriate for dogs, you should not give this food to her, I strongly recommend buying the dog kidney diet and just give the cat diet away or feed it to strays, if you have any in your area of living.
