Hello, I have a two year old cat who has had surgery for removing a tumour last year. Currently, he is getting all the signs and symptoms of this again, and I was wondering if it is normal for a tumour to return?

Yes. If the margins were "dirty", then there is the likelihood of tumor regrowth. Another surgery with wider margins may be indicated. If the tumor is malignant, a consult with an veterinary oncologist for follow up treatment is strongly recommended.
