Why does my healthy cat have unusual habits and act so differently?

I feel like my cat is nothing like any other cat. She doesn't like high spaces, hides from even me when I come home until I sit on the bed, doesn't prefer an aerated water dish, and doesn't clean herself very often. I took her to the vet recently and they said she is very healthy. What's going on here? Pet's info: Cat | Bombay | Female | spayed | 3 years and 10 months old | 7 lbs

If you took her to a vet and she appears healthy than it just might be her personality. Some cats prefer to hide from people and are not very social while other cats are very social and love to be around people. If she is eating well and maintaining a healthy weight than it might not be anything to worry about. If you are still concerned than you could take her back to the vet and have them run routine bloodwork looking for potential problems.
