Why is my dog lethargic with rashes, heavy breathing, and peeing?

My dog is covered in red rashes, pimples and welts all over his chest, stomach, back, and legs. He isn't as hyper as normal and is breathing heavy, also having trouble controlling his pee. He is 11 months old. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 11 months and 10 days old | 75 lbs

This is probably an allergic reaction due to an insect bite or a plant outside. It could also be due to something he ingested. those reactions tend to resolve within 48 hours without treatment. if therash becomes too severe or if your dog is lethargic, take him to the vet in order to get an antihistamine injection.
