Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 13 days old | 15 lbs
My dog will go to the bathroom. She is not straining, it looks normal and it's not diarrhea and doesn't appear to have worms. She is eating and behaving normally, is not dehydrated and is active. When I go to wipe her bum (her tail sometimes has poop on it) the paper towel has blood on it. It's not an obsessive amount but any amount is alarming to me. She's a 6 month old French bulldog.

Harleigh could have worms even though you don't see any in her feces, and that would cause blood in her feces. I would take her into the vet with a sample of her feces. The vet can examine her feces under a microscope for signs of eggs from intestinal parasites, and can prescribe her a deworming treatment.
