Why is my Shih Tzu's lumpy black mole bleeding and oozing pus?

I have a rescues Shih Tzu that has several moles, she is older so I didn't really worry too much except for this black lumpy one on her lower back that sometimes bleeds and I can push puss out of it...it's like nothing I've ever seen before. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 10 lbs

It could be a cyst, mass, or pustule. Have your vet take a look at it to determine the best way to treat. She may need an antibiotic to treat an infection and/or it may need to be removed. Your vet can do an aspirate to help diagnose.
