I am very worried about my cat as he is pulling fur out of his tail or licking it off.. he has had ticks before on him and got them treated and we check him every day for ticks but he doesn't seem to have any. He seems to be eating normally and going to the toilet and stuff but I am just very worried. And my other cat (female) has recently just started sitting in my closet and wouldn't come out earlier tonight till I pulled her out myself and I noticed her eye has been watery and running and thi

The cat pulling out fur could have fleas, allergies, skin infection, mites, etc. He should be examined by a vet to determine the cause and best treatment. He may need an antibiotic, anti-histamine, corticosteroid, or other medications. Your other cat may have an upper respiratory infection and/or eye infection. She should also be seen by a vet for treatment as she may need an antibiotic and eye drops. Please have your vet take a look at both of them so treatment can be started.
