Why is my 8-month puppy tired, skinny, sick, and has bad breath?

My 8 month old puppy is tired, sleepy , skinny but still eating has been sick once and coming towards the end of teathjng and still had on more tooth to come out but there is a change in his breath smell. Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male

It sounds like Max is not very well, he might be suffering from worm infestation or possibly from a gastrointestinal virus. I strongly advise taking him to the vet as soon as you can in order to get it him checked, treated and when he is back to health- vaccinated as well.
