My dog has a 3cm (1 inch) lump next to her ass hole, and when she walks its like she is in pain and scared, and suddenly she stops to lick it. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | spayed | 4 years and 8 months old

This lump on Flo could actually be an impacted anal sac, which would be painful and would cause her to lick at it. I would take her into a vet now to have it examined. The vet can determine if it is an impacted anal sac, and express it for you.
