Are my American bulldog's mouth pimples contagious to other dogs?

My American bulldog who is 6yrs old has pimple blisters around her mouth and jaw is it contagious to my other dogs. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Female | 120 lbs

It's probably not, as it sounds most like a skin infection. Bulldogs are prone to allergies, so this may have started as an allergic reaction to something, and progressed to a bacterial skin infection. I would get this checked out as soon as possible - they typically need antibiotics and medications to calm the inflammation, in order to recover completely.
