My 8 months old male cat haves been sleeping all day. Look weak and I don't know if he haves eatting anything today or drink anything today. Or went to the litter box. He is not acting himself at all. Got him a flea coller about a week ago

I think it's kind of unlikely that his signs are related to the flea collar. If he had fleas - which I'm assuming he did, and that's why you got the collar - he could have a serious infection called mycoplasmosis, which produces anemia and weakness. If that's not the problem, he could have any number of problems, as the signs are pretty vague, but clearly not normal. Please get him checked out ASAP, as he sounds quite ill.
