My cat is moaning, unresponsive, and puking white foam. Is it serious?

Why is my cat moaning and non responsive after puking white foamy discharge her eyes are opened but she is constantly moaning and unresponsive seems to be in pain but not sure????

Please take Diva to an emergency clinic immediately if she is unresponsive. She could have gotten into a toxin, thrown a blood clot, been severely injured or something else but from your description she seems to be in critical condition. Diva needs emergency intervention now to determine what is wrong and if she can be treated. Please do not wait
