If you take Hillary to walk, there is a chance she might do her biusiness sometime during that walk, but she doesn't understand that it's what she's out there. First, see if you can keep the garage door closed, to prevent her from going in there. Next, when it is around her time to go, take her on a leash to the spot where you want her to poop. Stop and stand; do not walk around. As she sniffs, repeat a phrase such as "go poop" until she goes. As she's going, say "go poop" more enthusiastically and and "good girl!" Bring her immediately back inside.Once she understands the routine and whar you want, she should be willing to poop in her place. If you don't have any success, do not remove her leash, but keep her on it (you can attach the handle end to your belt loop to keep your hands free). Let her walk around with you as you go about your day. As soon as you note her starting to circle or sniff, take her out immediately, repeating as above.
