He probably has an upset stomach from eating the candy bar. Monitor him for vomiting, diarrhea, etc. and have him examined by a vet if you notice anything abnormal. Your vet can prescribe medications to help.

He will likely be just fine with such a small piece of chocolate especially if it was milk chocolate. I would just watch him for an vomiting or diarrhea. If noted, contact your vet for some medicine. I hope this helps!

I would call your vet to see if they can see him now. Your vet will likely want to make him throw up and then monitor him. They may have to give him some activated charcoal or fluids depending on how much he ate. I would also contact the poison control helpline to give them details on the different types of chocolate and how much. They will be able to open a case for him for the vet to have the best treatment guidelines for him. I hope this helps! https://www.petpoisonhelpline.com/

Oh my. I am so sorry to say but your pet needs to go to a vet immediately. Chocolate is toxic to dogs, as you probably already know, and powdered chocolate is one of the most toxic forms of chocolate. Please take him in to the ER vet immediately for detoxification, fluids and much needed supportive care to help stabilize his condition. All the best!
