My puppy ate cleaner and is vomiting but seems fine. What now?

Please my 5 month old puppy may have ingested me clean cleaner and he is vomiting.he is acting fine other than the vomiting. He ate a little. He is drinking water. He is playing. How long should we watch him for changes?? Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 19 days old | 25 lbs

You can try to give a him a small amount of milk to neutralize some of the acid in the cleaners as it can burn the esophagus and stomach and has potential to cause ulcers depending on how much he ingested. If he continues to vomit or have dark or bloody stool, then he needs to be seen.
