My cat has sores on her nose that wont go away. When one heals another pops up and seems to be getting worse

Poor Squeekers. This could be due to allergy or insect hypersensitivity. I would be sure that he is on adequate parasite prevention such as Revolution. In some cats lesions such as these can be autoimmune. I would recommend trying to keep indoors if possible to see if they start resolving.
