My male teddy bear hamster has a tiny bump with a little bruise on his head near his left ear...what is that and how do I help him...the place where I am from doesn't have good vets please help me. And just in case you might need to know he had escaped from his box and run around the house unsupervised...please tell me if it's a tumour or just a blood clot... Thank you

It is hard to know just by looking at the pictures. It could be caused by trauma, infection, cyst, or a tumor. You could clean the area with a wound cleaner and see if it resolves. If it is a tumor or cyst it may continue to grow. The only way to know the exact cause is to have a vet do a needle aspirate.
