My chicken's eye is infected. How do I stop her from scratching it?

Is there anything i can give my chicken to make her stop scratching her eye? She has wry neck and I think it's partially caused from her scratching her eye (she has an eye infection that I'm treating). I'm putting microcyn AH in her eye. It helps for a few minutes but I can only put it in 2 times a day. What else can I do? Thank you in advance! Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | unspayed | 4 lbs

You can try to construct a small e-collar (cone). Trimming her nails may also help. If she is caged, you can make a set of hobbles so she can't lift a foot. (This would be a last resort).
