My dog's eye is droopy with a cloudy film. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 16 years and 8 months old | 37 lbs

Just come home from work an our dogs left eye looks different the top eyelid looks droopy an it looks like a cloudy film is over half of his eye starting from the left bottom corner can I have some help please

The film you are referring to may be Andy's third eyelid. In which case it is possible that he scratched or injured his eye- especially if he was normal this morning. Since these can be very painful and I would recommend taking him in and having his eye examined and possibly 'stained'- a test to rule out scratches. I hope this helps!
