Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. It sounds like Taz is very sick. What you are describing is a combination of weakness, and pain, along with some underlying disease. The bleeding can be due to a severe gastritis that is causing the lining of his gut to slough out (HGE or Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis), a ruptured tumor, rat bait toxicity, or other causes. I strongly recommend you have Taz seen by a vet right away. Best of luck with Taz.
