My puppies have bloody, watery, dark yellow stool. What's wrong?

My dog had her first litter 3 1/2 weeks ago. She had 11 puppies and 10 are still alive. Their stool has become very dark yellow with streaks of blood and watery. I decided to give them puppy mush to see if it would maybe solidify the stool. But i just noticed the red in the stool and that makes me nervous. Of course i googled and got different answers, now I'm terrified. What do i need to do? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 6 months old | 67 lbs

Hello, thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. You need to take a sample of poo from several puppies to your veterinarian for a stool analysis. We usually recommend administering a deworming product to puppies starting at 2 weeks of age. This should take care of the problem. Take care.
