Weak 11-day-old puppy with eye discharge and closed eyes. Help!

Question

I have a Litter of puppies and they're 11 days old but one of them is really weak we think that the mother dog stepped on her or laid on her she's weak and we have to feed her with a syringe and some eye booger kind of stuff that's more liquidy is coming out of her eye (all puppies eyes are still closed) her and one of her brothers are way smaller then the other female and male I don't know what to do they are Boxer puppies

If she is weak and not doing well then she needs to be seen by a vet to determine the cause. She could have an infection, parasite, or congenital abnormality. Your vet may be able to prescribe medications to help. You are going to need to continue to supplement her with a puppy milk replacer if she is not eating on her own. Hope she gets better soon!
