Why is my dog not eating, sleeping a lot, and has low energy?

Hello,I have dog of Indian breed,she is 6years old and have weight of 15kgs. For some day is not taking her food properly and sleeps a lot.Her hairs are also turning grey from black and she is not energetic.Please help me ... Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 6 years and 8 months old | 34 lbs

If Jimmy is not eating and is lethargic, I would suggest getting herseen by a veterinarian to have blood work run to see if there are any systemic changes to be concerned about. The hairs turning grey may be due to age. As Jimmy is approaching geriatric age (7 years), you will notice changes due to age. This may include hair color changes, energy changes, appetite changes, etc. However, to be safe, I would have your vet take a look at her. I hope this helps!
