A cat that has not eaten for 3+ days is at serious risk of developing liver related complications. This could compound any underlying condition. Itis important to have Minnu examined by your veterinarian today to diagnose and treat the cause. Supportive care (hospitalization, IV fluids, antibiotics, appetite stimulants, etc.) may be indicated until Minnu recovers and is eating regularly.

Please take her in for treatment to your veterinarian. Minnu can become dehydrated from vomiting and diarrhea. There are many things that can be upsetting her gastrointestinal system. In addition she may have a fever. The veterinarian will examine her and start treatment. They may recommend an X-ray to make sure she doesn't have a blockage and a blood panel to check her kidney and liver values in addition to anemia, infection and amount of dehydration. Then they can start fluids and medications for vomiting and diarrhea. There is nothing effective that you can do at home if this has been going on for several days. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Minnu.
