My dog has a white skin tag or cyst looking thing on his bottom lip what should I do or should I be really concerned

It is difficult to know without seeing the lesion. The best thing would be to have your vet take a look at it to determine if treatment is needed. It could be an infection, cyst, papilloma, skin tag, or a mass. Your vet can do a needle aspirate, if needed, to help diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. It may need to be removed.
