My dog's back has bursting bumps, hair loss, and yellow pus. What is it?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 4 months and 18 days old

At my dog's back there are small bumps where hair are falling. After the bumps gets old it burts and create pustules with dark yellowish thing. Her whole back is filled with that. What are those thing please let me know.

To me is sounds like Broodie may have a skin infection known as bacterial dermatitis. This can be caused secondarily by allergies, mite infestations, flea problems, and food allergies. It would be best to take Broodie to your veterinarian so that she can be examined and if necessary, treatments like antibiotics can be started.
