My dogs have diarrhea one by one, but no other symptoms. Why?

Hello, one by one my 3 dogs have had terrible loose watery stool. No other symptoms. My oldest dog, 8 yrs had it about a week ago for a day and a half. Then, my youngest, 3 yrs, had it for about 2 days and it's now going back to normal. My 4yr old started the diarrhea last night and woke up with it today. They all had an appetite. Just bad diarrhea. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | 4 years and 7 months old | 9 lbs

I recommend you put them all on a bland diet for a week (like boiled chicken and rice) and give them all Fortiflora probiotic for 2 weeks (each box will treat 2 dogs for 2 weeks). This was just so you can see what product I am talking about. It is by far the best probiotic out there. This way you can treat them all without them passing it back and forth.
