Why does my dog have skin bumps? Is it worms, infection, or allergy?

Some type of worms or infection on my dog's skin I don't know what exactly it is.

This appears to be hives in your pets skin due to an allergic reaction to something he either ate or came into contact with. I would recommend taking Broodie in to your vet for medicaitons to stop this reaction and then investigate what could have possibly triggered this so that it is avoided in the future. This is not a worm and an infection is unlikely, but your vet will look at the skin underneath the haircoat to make sure this isn't present as well. Best wishes and take care.
