Why is my puppy vomiting after taking amoxicillin for a UTI?

6 mo old puppy that weighs 36.6 lbs started on amoxicillin 400 mg twice a day for UTI , vomiting all night, more like liquid spit large amounts. Did not give dose today, can take to our vet tomorrow, advice? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 36.6 lbs

If Bella just started vomiting since starting the Amoxicillin, I would stop giving her the medication and schedule a recheck with your vet. She likely is just sensitive to this medication and will do fine on another one. Try offering her something easily digestible to eat like plain boiled chicken and rice.
