My senior lab is weak, won't eat, and struggles to walk. What's wrong?

My lab is 7/8years old stopped eating, hard time walking, very weak. She won't open her mouth, lives outside with other farm animals. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 30 lbs

Hello, sorry to hear about Princess. Labs unfortunately can suffer from varying kinds of illnesses which may cause any of these signs. These may include dental disease, joint and bone diseases such as a torn ACL or arthritis, liver or kidney disease, and unfortunately cancer. It sounds like Princess is very sick and I would worry that she may have something that requires immediate medical attention. Additionally, if she is painful then she may be suffering and thus I would want her to have some sort of pain medications on board to help her feel more comfortable. The best way to rule out any potential life threatening disease, or treat her for pain or other medical conditions would be to have her evaluated by a veterinarian. You veterinarian will be able to run tests on Princess to determine what the best treatment for her will be and hopefully get her feeling a lot better. In the mean time, ensure she is comfortable and has access to copious amounts of water. Notify your doctor if you see any concurrent vomiting, diarrhea, coughing or sneezing.
