My dog has a growth. Is it papilloma? Is it contagious or treatable?

This looks like Papilloma, can you tell if it is? Is it contagious and is there treatment?

I am not convinced it is a papilloma, but i can't rule it out either without checking it from a few more closer angles. papillomas resolve without treatment within a few months, there is a treatment available with an antibiotic called zithromx that may make it disappear quicker in some cases.

    It is difficult to tell in the picture but this doesn't look like it is attached to the mouth or another mucus membrane. If it is, then this could be a papilloma. Surgical removal or azithromycin is helpful. If not, then this is likely a benign adenoma. These can just be watched. If it is growing or bothering Jully, then your vet can surgically remove it. I hope this helps!
