Why does my hyper puppy growl and bite? Is it aggression or play?

My dog sometimes gets really hyper and runs around the garden and when he does this he picks up things he shouldn't like flowers and when I try to get them off of him he growls and runs away but he growls at me and jumps up at me and bites clothing when he's in this hyper state (usually he runs around then does a poo and goes back to normal) He never ever growls at me or anyone else. Is this aggression or rough play? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 13 days old

I would be nervous that Ziggy is starting to show aggression and dominance issues. I would highly recommend getting him in a puppy social class. Also start working with him on sit, come and stay. Once he understands basic commands and does them well he will pay more attention in situations like this. Hope that helps
