Why is my rabbit's eye swollen, tearing, and he's not active?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Male | 8 months and 2 days old | 2 lbs

From two or half days my rabbit's left eye is swelling and tear's are coming repitedly from that time now he is not so active and just sits taking his head up,please recommend me some medicine for his health.

That is likely to be due to a mild to moderate conjunctivitis, probably secondary to a trauma or infection. A check up would be needed as appropriate treatment would include antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops. Corneal injuries must be ruled out as well.
