Puppy choked on chicken gristle, breathing weird. Should I see a vet?

My puppy choked on a chicken grissle which I got out of his mouth but now hes B breathing weird I'm super scared

If he's still breathing weird, then it's possible he may have inhaled some of the grissle. This would require a visit to the vet, so they can remove it; or it may cause damage to the lungs and/or cause infection. If the weird breathing stopped after an hour, then he'll likely be fine and there's nothing more you need to do. Just keep an eye out for any other respiratory issues like coughing, because he still has potential to get pneumonia from aspirating the food. This would require a veterinary visit also, because pneumonia can be very damaging to the lungs. I hope that helps and Lucian is OK.
