My dog's third eyelid shows after acepromazine. Will it go away?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 66.6 lbs

i gave my dog acepromazine and his third eye is showing, i understand that its a side effect, but will his third eye recede after a while

Acepromazine is a sedative drug in dogs. As dogs get sedate they will have third eye lid elevation. As the medicated starts to be eliminated from the body his eyelids will return to normal. Thanks for using pet coach
