My small dog accidentally ate a 20mg Clomicalm pill. Is she okay?

My 8-10 pound dog just accidentay ingested a 20mn clomicalm pill. Is this a dangerous amount?

The dosage for a dog her size is 10mg, so she ingested two times this amount. however studies have shown no serious adverse effect with double that dose so i believe she will be fine. symptoms you should expect: vomiting, lethargy and diarrhea.
