My Labrador has a red lump on his face that turned white. What is it?

My black Labrador who is almost 2, had a raised red lump on his face which has now turned white. What could this be? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 1 year and 11 months old | 66 lbs

in the first picture it looks wet and inflamed, in the second it looks dry and white, so i assume it was an infection that is on the right way to heal. keep an eye on it and make sure it does resolve completely eventually.
