Help! Why does my 3-month-old puppy bite us when on the armchair?

Hi, We have a 3 month old puppy and every time we put her on the armchair she completely switches and starts continuously biting us. We can't get her to stop and before she used to be fine?! Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 25 days old | 30.86 lbs

I would recommend keeping Nina off the furniture. She is seeing it as her territory and is defending it. Keep her to the floor and people on furniture at least until she realizes she's not the boss. I would strongly recommend basic obedience training classes as well to get a good behavior foundation.
