My Staffy cries jumping on sofa & shakes when she lies down. Why?

Hi I have a staff she is 3yrs and is crying whipping when she jumps up on sofa she walks normal but shakes when she's lying down ? Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 3 years and 4 months old | 48 lbs

I recommend taking her to the vet to feel her limbs and spine and possibly take xrays to look for fractures or displacements. Please do not give any over the counter medications as this can cause different problems and could be toxic to your pet. Good luck and kisses to Missi!
