Why is my dog's jaw drooping on one side and drooling excessively?

last query was about my dog's prolonged health condition as he was having ear infection as well as testicle infection but now it has been cured.THE MAIN QUERY NOW IS THAT HIS JAWLINE HAS DROPPED A BIT FROM A SIDE AND FROM THERE THE SALIVA LEAKS CONTINUOUSLY AND I WENT TO A VET HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAS FEVER AND TOOK BLOOD FOR HIS TEST BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM FOR HIS DROPPING JAWLINE HE TOLD THAT HE MUST HAVE CHEWED SOME BONES BUT WE GAVE HIM NONE PLEASE PROVIDE THE ANSWER ASAP

I think I understand what you are trying to describe when you say a dropping jawline. If you are indicating that part of Austin's face is drooping while the other side is normal, than this is normally due to some sort of neurologic condition resulting in paralysis of the facial nerve. It can cause excessive drooling, dropping of food, general asymmetry of the facial musculature, and sometimes issues closing the eye on the affected side of the face. The cause of this condition is often a mystery, though some of the causes that are recognized include significant ear infections, trauma, polys in the nose / mouth, and certain types of cancer. Treatment of this condition is completely based on the underlying cause (if it can be identified) and management of the resulting symptoms. Hope this makes sense.
