My dog ate cotton bedding. X-rays showed nothing. How to get it out?

Pet's info: Dog | Chow Chow | Male | neutered | 1 year and 5 months old | 65 lbs

What procedure is necessary to see the pieces of cotton bedding. Two xrays showed nothing. Is it still in his stomach how do we get it moving out

If it is still in the stomach an endoscopy procedure would be the treatment of choice, it can be used to remove the cotton bedding without a minimally invading procedure. otherwise an ultrasound should be performed to determine where the cotton bedding is in the gastrointestinal tract, once the location is found a laparotomy surgery can be performed to have it removed.
