My dog ate a bed sheet, x-rays clear. What should I do next?

Pet's info: Dog | Chow Chow | Male | neutered | 1 year and 5 months old | 65 lbs

Took Midnight to vet. Took two xrays cannot find pieces of bed sheet in intestines. Where is it in stomach? What do I do

Bed sheet is not a material that is easy to spot on the xray, it doesn't mean it is not there. it could still be in the stomach or intestines, Midnight will need to have an ultrasound done, it is a more specific imaging diagnostic test for this sort of foreign material.
