My dog has a hard chest lump. What can I do with no money for a vet?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 120 lbs

My female pitbull is 5 years old and has a softball sized mass hanging under her first teet. It's been there almost 3 weeks, came up in 2 days from nothing to softball size. Was hot and inflamed the first week but now it's like a ball of hard mass in her chest that feels like it's attached to skin but not ribs or muscle. What can I do since I have no income or income help

Unfortunately this sounds like a mammary gland tumor. you cannot do anything at home i'm afraid as this condition needs ti be dealt with surgically, the only effective solution is a surgery to have this tumor removed.
