My puppy threw up clear liquid. When should I worry about it?

My 10 week old Labrador puppy threw up clear liquid twice two nights ago and has just done it again. She got her second injection yesterday from the vet but I didn't mention the sick as I thought it was a one off. Is this something to worry about? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 8 days old | 7.7 lbs

The clear liquid vomit in puppies is not too concerning to me at this rate. This indicates that the puppy may have some mild stomach irritation or is drinking water too fast. If it continues to happen once every other day, then I wouldn't be too worried. This should pass in a week or two. If it's multiple times a day, or is continually happening every other day for multiple weeks, then I'd be a little more concerned and would advise a visit to the vet.
