Miracle Grow fertilizers are considered safe for dogs, as she seems to be getting back to normal i would only recommend to monitor her for now. if the vomiting seem to be starting again- take her to the vet to get it checked and treated.

It's good that she vomited, because she may have gotten rid of most of the toxins. Right now there is not much you can do, but if she is otherwise acting normal, then most likely she will be fine. The good thing about miracle grow is that it's made with elements that are naturally found in food, so it's usually not too dangerous in the long-term and can be cleared naturally by the body. You may also see some diarrhea in the next couple of days. This will usually resolve in a day or two. If it doesn't, then it's best to bring her to the vet. I hope that helps and Molly gets better soon.
