My dog is peeing blood for two days. Should I take her to the vet?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 1 year old | 65 lbs

My dog is urinating blood for 2 days now, blood is about 5 drops. When she gets her potty break she pees blood every minute or so. She is healthy and has never had any issues before. What should I give her?

If king is urinating blood he has to go to the vet. In the above info you refer to king as a girl but in the info page it says king is a boy. Either way damage to the penis, bladder infection, bladder stones and urethral issues can cause blood in urine. King really needs to see a doctor to determine the cause and give proper treatment.
