My guinea pig has a crusty, smaller eye. Is this an infection?

My guinea pig Athena has been at our house for three days now and she came with one eye where you can see the white which may be normal the other that is crusty and is smaller than the other which may be normal I tried to include some pictures but I couldn't

I see what you mean, Athena is probably suffering from an eye infection which is pretty common in guinea pigs, you will need to take her to the vet the first chance you get, the vet will check the eye and will probably prescribe an antibiotic eye drops which should resolve the problem within a couple weeks.
