My dog has a bleeding ear bump that's growing. What could it be?

I have a bump on my dogs ear. It bleeds and getting bigger. What is it it will bleed if I squeeze it. I thought it was just a pimple at first. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 5 months old | 65 lbs

I would recommend having Lily evaluated by the vet if this mass is getting bigger. any abnormal growth that is changing in size and shape should be assessed to make sure that it is not malignant.
